If you're a chef, the best time to prove your art piece to the world is probably during a competition. In Malaysia, we have Culinaire Malaysia 2011 in conjunction with FHM. After tremendous effort and training, it all boils down to an art piece, edible and non edible. The only reason to this..? To show off your skill and maybe the organisation's name. So does that mean you're the best if you're a gold medalist? I believe we cant say so, judges could only set a rulebook, food is always a preference, and food flows by time with the trend. So, great job to all the contestant for making a great effort. You are already a winner by taking up the challenge :)
