Lemongrass Ginger Tea
10 Stalks of Lemongrass, preferably fresh
1 Inch Ginger, peeled
1 Pandan (Screwpine) Leaf, tied
4 Cups of Water
Palm Sugar (Gula Melaka) or Brown Sugar, to taste
1. Slice lemongrass and ginger thinly to increase surface area to extract flavour.
2. Boil lemongrass, ginger, pandan leaf and water together for at least 25 minutes.
3. Add palm sugar to taste until dissolved.
*Makes a nice warming welcome drink
**Served with lemongrass for a nice decoration
***Boil the mixture longer for a more flavourful aroma

wow! lemongrass ginger tea shot! can get drunk not? or become too hyper? :P
So far it only makes people feel better :) but maybe we should make a cocktail out of lemongrass :D
